It's not sweet. but.....




Bitter chocolate is in fashion in Japan.

The content of the CACAO chocolate is
expressed in percentages.

These Chocolate are high in polyhenol.

I've heard that polyphenol is good for you.



I tried the CACAO 72%.

It tastes bitter .

I think it's not the chocolate for me.

I like to eat sweet chocolate.

Which is your choice, sweet chocolate or healthy chocolate?

I like dark chocolate in general, but I have no idea what the CACAO percentage they are. If 72% is bitter enough, who would want to eat 99%?

I think so too.

But now these bitter chocolates are hot products at convenience stores.

Probably many jaoanese businessmen are very tired.
So healthy foods are very popular among japanese businessmen.
(it's my opinion)
